Donating office space or buildings is a generous way to contribute the Dream 4 Hope cause, provide a resource our non-profit or helping support the building of our community development. If you're considering donating office space or a building please ensure the property you’re donating is suitable for the purpose intended.
Condition of the Building being in good shape, if repairs or upgrades are needed we are not yet able to budget over $50,000 to make it usable

Please include Legal and Logistical Considerations, this agreement should clearly define the terms of the donation or you can always partner with us to build stronger communities and provide valuable resources to those in need. .

We are acceptable to a Full Donation of Office Space or Building which includes the space outright without any expectation of compensation and Dream 4 Hope would be responsible for the maintenance and utilities of the space.
Partial Donation: Offering the space at a significantly reduced price or donating for a specific time period.
All donators will receive a plaque or certificate of donations
